It has been no surprise that I had hit the pause button on the gym and healthy eating. If you read my July goals here, then you already know that I had to set the goal of making it to the gym at the very least three times per week. I felt silly and not like myself when I wrote it, but the truth is, that I needed to put it down on paper. Little did I know that it would take me an additional two weeks to “get back on the horse”. I just never found the right time and I never got my heart right.

I know that I just shared my farmhouse dinner table project with you, and I know that you may be wondering if I have absolutely gone mad?! And that may be as, I seriously cannot stop. Paint and varnish have taken over my life and my home and I kind of like it!
By now, as a reader, it should come as no surprise that I am a blog reading junky. Lately, I have been soaking up the time to complete some long overdue projects in our home. Here are just a few blogs that have captivated me!
Most times when you read a blog, the reader gives little snip-its to what he/she has encountered or been through in their lifetime. Very rarely however, does one actually get a list of things a reader doesn’t know about them. So, in true fashion, here are 10 things you may not know about me:
If you are anything like me, I really can’t get any substantial projects done when my child is around. Mostly it is because I like to soak up as much time as I do have, exploring and teaching her how to be the sweet human she is turning out to be. I am thankful that Daniella doesn’t really demand too much attention, considering she will be twelve in March, but I still like to experience the moments of growth, love, and stubbornness that our relationship has.
With that, finding time, and ambition to tackle and actually finish my farmhouse table project was quite the endeavor. However, I am proud to announce that it is FINALLY done! |
